At Wingboarding Shop, we’re as committed to your satisfaction as we are to finding the perfect wind conditions. While we meticulously inspect every kiteboarding and hydrofoil product before shipping, we understand that sometimes gear needs to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed to be as smooth as gliding on calm waters.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is our priority, just like choosing the right foil for your skill level.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Harnesses and Harness Accessories (worn items)
- Opened Hardware and installation components
- Custom-built items from our Build A Bar Workshop
- Used Control Bars or safety systems
Easy 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our Rider Support Team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends), we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return instructions if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
- Copy of your invoice
Note: For international returns outside the US, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method

- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items or our errors.
Exchanges
Want to swap for different gear? We’ll process exchanges once we receive your return. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your kiteboarding equipment arrives damaged or defective (rare as perfect wind conditions!), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost to you.
